The 30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your wellness essentials to request a return. To maintain our high standards of quality, items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damages & Order Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at minimastress@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—your peace of mind is our priority.

Evaluation: Once accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Exclusions Due to the nature of our health and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
European Union Customers For orders shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the items remain in their original, unopened condition.
