Minimastress Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Minimastress, we strive to make your wellness journey as seamless as possible. Because our high-quality essentials are made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness and potency, we follow a specific fulfillment process.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Made-to-Order: Once you place an order, our partners begin the fulfillment process. Please allow 2–5 business days for your products to be prepared and packed.

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Estimates & Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Domestic (USA): Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10–30 business days.

  • Estimates: Please note that all delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes For our international community, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country.

  • Minimastress is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled to release your package from customs.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) due to carrier limitations for supplement products.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Minimastress is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided in your confirmation email.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
